You don't need a keyholder. You need a system.
This is a complete plan for the month if you don't have a keyholder. You don't need The 31-Day Locktober Guide as well. Locktober Daily and the Locktober Task Deck both work alongside it.

Look inside
Most chastity content assumes someone else is holding your key. This doesn't. Locking up solo is its own practice, not a lesser version of the partnered one. Without a keyholder, enforcement and accountability have to come from somewhere else, and this protocol rebuilds both.
Who it's for: anyone doing Locktober alone who wants real structure instead of willpower and good intentions.
What it helps with: choosing an enforcement layer that takes the decision out of your hands, letting go of predicting your own release date, holding steady through the quiet test of week three, and getting through the late-night moments when overriding the system feels most persuasive. The four audio tracks act as your virtual keyholder: a consistent voice at the points the protocol specifies.
Safety comes first: never lock solo without a reachable emergency key, run the daily self-check, and release immediately at any warning sign. Release for health reasons is always allowed.
18+ only.
