PDF · 6 pp + audio

Free to download. Locktober starts 1st October: get ready properly.

This is the free place to start. Pick one plan for the month: The 31-Day Locktober Guide (with a keyholder), The Solo Locktober Protocol (no keyholder), Locktober for Couples (both of you, one guide) or The Keyholder's Locktober Companion (for the one holding the key). Then, if you like, add Locktober Daily (a two-minute audio every morning) or the Locktober Task Deck (one printable task a day). If you've never locked up before, read the Locktober Rules & Ritual Starter Pack first.

Look inside

Locktober starts on 1st October, and the people who enjoy it most are the ones who prepared. This kit is completely free. It gives you a safety checklist you'll actually use, a tracker worth printing and putting on the wall, and the first morning of Locktober Daily, so you can hear how the month begins.

Who it's for: anyone planning Locktober this year, whether you're locking up with a keyholder or on your own. It's useful whether or not you buy anything else, and you're welcome to share it with anyone taking part.

What it helps with: getting the essentials in place before day one: device fit and trial wear, a daily hygiene routine, a pause word (even if you're solo), three-key safety for solo lockers, and one trusted person who knows how to reach a backup key. The tracker is laid out by the month's four weeks (Induction, Deepening, The Test and The Descent), with day 18 marked as the no-contact day and day 31 as release-day reflection. The decision guide helps you choose what comes next, if anything, without any pressure.

Built for consenting adults. Pain, numbness, swelling or colour change means unlock immediately: release for health reasons is always allowed, on any day, and it is never a failure.

18+ only.
